Heads up — the warehouse is easy to miss. It's a newer building on a large open parcel just south of I-80, set back to the east of Ute Ave with no storefront on the road. Come off Booneville — Exit 117, get on Ute Ave, and follow the site entrance east across the property toward the building near the interstate. Watch for Royal signage rather than a roadside storefront.

Where people get lost — the building sits back east of Ute Ave, toward I-80.
What to look for: a large, open, newly-graded lot on the south side of I-80 just east of Ute Ave. There's no storefront — the building sits toward the back (east) of the parcel near the interstate. Follow the site entrance and any Royal signage back to it.
